We want you to love everything from The Toy Shop. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

Items must be:

• Unused and in new condition
• In their original packaging (tags, parts, instructions included)
• Free of damage or signs of use
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase Items returned without original packaging or outside the 15-day window may not be approved.

Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned and are considered Final Sale:
• Seasonal or holiday items
• Clearance or marked-down products
• Mystery packs, blind boxes, grab bags
• Opened craft, STEM, or activity kits
• Items not in original packaging
• Gift cards

How to Start a Return

Please email us at info@thetoyshopweha.com before sending anything back.
Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label (when applicable) and instructions.

Returns sent without approval cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified.
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to finalize the credit.

Exchanges

For a different item, simply complete a return and place a new order.
